For large volume orders (eg 3-4 pallets) you can also contact us privately to obtain a personalized quote and carry out the purchase procedure off the site.
Purchases at our office are available. Remember that you can easily buy at our site or in one of the distributors that serve our products.
Orders
The minimum order depends on the type of product you are purchasing.
You can make a proof of purchase on the site and see the minimum quantities that are reported to you.
We accept Paypal or card payments (using the Stripe service). Cash on delivery payments are not accepted.
We accept payments by bank transfer only with a minimum order. To find out more, contact us privately on whatsapp or by email.
You will receive an electronic invoice to the billing information you entered in the order within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment.
You can enter the coupon code and use your discount when you are in the cart section.
You will find a special box where you can enter the coupon.
Then you will have to click on “Apply promotional code” and update the cart.
In the event that you need to change your order due to errors or second thoughts, you must contact us in a timely manner to seek a resolution.
From the moment the order is sent we cannot guarantee that the modification will be successful, even if we will find the best solution for the user / customer.
It will also be possible to request a refund if the order has not yet been shipped.
Shippings
Shipments are made on refrigerated transport for fresh products (eg Base Pinsa and Pinsa Gluten Free) and on standard transport service for other dry products (eg Flour, Semolina, etc.).
In the event that an order is placed in which there are both dry and fresh products, they will be delivered by two different couriers. In this case it is necessary to follow both tracking.
The average delivery time for an order is between 3 and 4 working days.
You will receive the tracking code from the shipper a few hours later or the day after receiving our email in which we inform you that the order has been shipped.
You can enter the times and days in which you prefer the order to be delivered to you.
It is possible to do this by writing in the “NOTES” box when entering the shipping data.
Shipping to Europe
To place an order from abroad and get personalized quotes based on quantities and the area, contact us on whatsapp or via email.
After the first order, the tariff for the foreign area will be entered on the site and subsequent orders can (also) be placed online.
The shipping cost will be developed and estimated after receiving details on the order quantity and zip code.
Dry and refrigerated transport have different prices and timing.
The invoice will be issued within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment.
To obtain a VAT-free invoice (NO VAT), the company must be registered with VIES.

Account
In the “my account” section you can see all your past orders and change your shipping or billing address at any time.
If you have forgotten your password when you are accessing the site, you can click on recover password.
You will then receive an email at the address with which you created the account. At that point, just follow the instructions to reset a new password.
If you have any further problems, please contact us by email and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Returns
It is possible to request a return or refund if at the delivery of the order there are products that are not up to standard or different from those requested.
