Purchases at our store are available. Remember that you can easily buy at our site or in one of the distributors that serve our products.

Orders

The minimum order is 19 euros including shipping.

We accept payments by Paypal, card (Stripe) or online bank transfer.

We accept payments by bank transfer using the SOFORT service (online transfer). If you want to know more, contact us privately on whatsapp or by email.

You can enter the coupon code and use your discount when you are in the cart section.

You will find a special box where you can enter the coupon.

Then you will have to click on “Apply promotional code” and update the cart.

In the event that you need to change your order due to errors or second thoughts, you must contact us in a timely manner to seek a resolution.

From the moment the order is sent we cannot guarantee that the modification will be successful, even if we will find the best solution for the user / customer.

It will also be possible to request a refund if the order has not yet been shipped.

Shippings

The average delivery time for an order is between 3 and 4 working days.

You will receive the tracking code from the shipper a few hours later or the day after receiving our email in which we inform you that the order has been shipped.

You can enter the times and days in which you prefer the order to be delivered to you.

It is possible to do this by writing in the “NOTES” box when entering the shipping data.
