This lightness of the dough allows you to fill the bases in many ways. The pre-cooked product also facilitates cooking by eliminating the possibility of unsatisfactory results.

It is possible to cook it with any type of oven precisely because the first cooking phase was carried out with professional ovens.

With a normal home oven it is possible to finish cooking with a time ranging from 4 to 7 minutes.
